1. Return Policy
The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days. If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons within Coimbatore:
- Wrong material delivered
- Damaged or defective products on delivery
- Shortage of materials verified at delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or partially used materials
- Sand or aggregates already unloaded
- Bulk materials altered after delivery
3. Refund Conditions
The refunded amount would be credited to the customer's bank account within 3 to 4 days.
4. Refund Timeframe
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the vehicle is loaded, cancellation is not possible.
