1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons within Coimbatore:

• Wrong material delivered
• Damaged or defective products on delivery
• Shortage of materials verified at delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or partially used materials
• Sand or aggregates already unloaded
• Bulk materials altered after delivery

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are approved when orders are cancelled before dispatch or when wrong/damaged materials are delivered.

4. Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the vehicle is loaded, cancellation is not possible.
